THCH is seeking a passionate Complaints Officer to join our team and play a vital role in improving our customer experience.
About You:

Experience in complaints handling or problem-solving customer service.

Excellent communication skills at all levels, written and verbal.

Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:

Investigate complaints, gather information, and recommend solutions.

Respond to complaints clearly and professionally, ensuring all concerns are addressed.

Work with colleagues to ensure efficient complaint handling and adherence to procedures.

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
